the feel..

The guy was mega laid back, retro and unsophisticated.. His personality was more that of the playful and lighthearted, and so i think that the feel of the vehicle should reflect that entirely =)
The sun, beach, fun and freedom... i like that word...

..I'm thinkin VW, open top, canvas type feel. I'm thinkin the use of natural materials like hemp fabric and wood. I think it'd be cool to do a beach buggie type vehicle, which embodies his ligthearted, flamboyant personality, yet is still simple and unpretentious..

Celebrity Ride = Bob Marley

Research: What did Bob drive?

Considered one of he most influential artists of his time, Bob Marley had access to any vehicle he desired. Yet the only vehicle he chose to drive around in was an old safari jeep..

" ..I drive a jeep. An old jeep, so nobody will say I'm driving a BMW anymore. I couldn't stand that BMW, ha ha ha! BMW make pure trouble! .." -B. Marley

I think this quote embodies Bob Marley's personality toward vehicles. He wanted to be seen as someone who wasn't pretentious, but more playful and lighthearted, driving around an old safari jeep. Check it out!
